At Modeerat, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is verified and processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been prepared for shipment or are in transit. In such cases, you may return the item(s) following our standard return procedure after receiving your package.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to reduced refund amounts or may not qualify for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error. For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. Some financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you have confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please have your order number and refund confirmation email ready when contacting us.
